Pedram Tadayon assumed the role of Mitigram CEO in April 2023, bringing over 20 years of extensive experience in both financial services and technology sectors. Prior to joining Mitigram, Pedram held the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Liberis, a prominent global Embedded Lending firm. Preceding this role, he served as CEO of Emric, leading its transformation and eventual acquisition by Tieto. Over his career spanning nearly 25 years, Pedram has been a contributing force to the digital evolution of the industry. He has held pivotal roles in leading companies such as Nordea, American Express, EnterCard and Nets, playing a key role in pioneering changes within the payment sector, including E-commerce, mobile payments, PSD2, EMV standards, and Embedded payments. At Emric, Tieto, and Liberis, Pedram led the charge in digitalizing lending and leasing operations. Under his leadership, these organizations introduced groundbreaking initiatives such as fully automated credit application processes and real-time decision-making powered by AI and machine learning technology.

Tobias Jansäter has been an integral part of Mitigram since its inception. Serving as the Chief Technology Officer, Tobias plays a pivotal role in ensuring Mitigram remains at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge technological solutions tailored for the trade finance market. With a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from KTH and over two decades of experience in software design spanning various industries, Tobias brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his position. In his role, Tobias oversees Mitigram's technology initiatives, quality assurance processes, and IT strategies, ensuring their seamless execution and successful outcomes.

Ted Scheiman currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer, and interim Chief Commercial officer at Mitigram, with a career spanning over 20 years across the domains of banking, fintech, and management consultancy. His passion lies within the financial industry, particularly in trade finance and cross-border payments, where he has been part of, and witnessed firsthand the tangible benefits realized by digitalization and interoperability. Prior to joining Mitigram, Ted was the Head of Nordic and Baltics at SWIFT, where he led the regional strategy and commercial organization. In addition, his responsibility included the Nordic roll out of ISO20022 and several industry transformation initiatives including CBDC. His earlier endeavours include the establishment of Swedbank's Fintech investment and partnership unit, where he managed relationships and invested in fintechs to enrich the bank's digital ecosystem and offering. This underscores his ccommitment to driving innovation and digitalization within the financial sector. Previous job roles include JPMorgan, Deloitte, and Commerzbank, spanning globally including London, New York, Frankfurt, and Singapore. Moreover, he has founded and was CEO of a VC funded start up, thus gaining invaluable insights into startup dynamics and emerging technologies.

Joshua joined Mitigram at the start of 2024 as Chief Product Officer, where he leads a world-class team of product professionals to deliver the future of trade finance. Joshua's background started with the banking side of trade finance, with 15 years at HSBC in Canada and Hong Kong, where he had senior roles leading the digitalisation of their global trade finance business and driving innovation through emerging technologies. He then moved into the technology and entrepreneurial side of the industry and led the setup of several spin-off companies, including Contour, where he went to become Chief Product Officer after leading a collaborative development project with 8 banks. Joshua's efforts at HSBC and Contour resulted in several accolades, including being named one of Forbes' Top 50 executives in enterprise blockchain, numerous product awards, and establishing himself as a proven thought leader in the industry.

Tony Sepandian is the Chief Financial Officer at Mitigram, having joined the company in May 2024. With a proven track record from both Fortune 500 companies and several scale-up ventures, Tony brings a wealth of expertise to his role. His strategic acumen and adept financial management were instrumental in transitioning Hive Streaming from substantial losses to profitability. Tony’s experience extends across global markets, having worked in both Paris and Stockholm. Tony Sepandian’s role at Mitigram extends beyond financial management. He fosters an environment that thrives on innovation, growth, and resilience—a vision that aligns with the company’s forward-thinking ethos. Notably, Hive Streaming, a SaaS company of the year in 2020 in Sweden, benefited from Tony’s financial expertise during his tenure there.

Mona joined Mitigram in 2024 as Head of Services. In that role, she makes sure that implementation, training, and support of the Mitigram Products is of the highest standard and as effective as possible. Mona has a background from growing fintech companies. She has played an important role in managing the change in the respective organization, successfully building teams within sales, account management, consultancy, training, and support. Mona also has more than 10 years of experience from management consultancy in the financial industry, including corporate treasuries, banks, and asset managers. Many assignments have included procurement, development, or implementation of financial technology and have usually demanded a great deal of change management.
